Crunchy Granola for Dirty Hippies and Everyone Else

  • 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tsps. cinnamon
  • 2 tsps. salt
  • Nuts of your choosing
  • Dried Fruit of your choosing

I might actually try this one. I like homemade granola, but most recipes are too sweet.  I would add the fruit later, FYI.
